Why should you use our software in Early Access?

Why did we write this software?

When we became beekeepers during the pandemic, (skydiving was no longer an option during this time),
we have not found suitable software that would help us with the various tasks involved in running an apiary.

Especially with regard to the principles taught in our course by Dr. Pia Aumeier
• bee-friendly
• fact-based
• for lazy beekeepers
we didn't find anything meaningful.

But given the fact that over the last 15 years we have developed the leading European skydiving drop zone management software – DZ Manager –
we felt able to develop our own "beekeeping manager" software.

Current status

Apiary-Manager has been used productively by beekeepers since 2022 and is currently in the Early Access phase.

The software maps the basic workflows of an apiary, but is still under development; improvements and new features are implemented every few weeks.
New subpages are sometimes only available in English for the first few weeks and some functions may still be missing there.

Also during this phase we need help in the form of feedback: let us know about any missing features or problems you encounter.

We intend to exit the Early Access phase in 2025.
